Samuel is a dedicated researcher, University Part-Time Lecturer and college trainer with a background in Information Technology. He holds a BSc IT and MSc. IT from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology with proficiency in computer networks. With over 10 years of vast knowledge in IT, he has positively influenced the performance of his students at both Sigalagala National Polytechnic and Masinde Muliro university of Science and Technology. As head of ICT Section at Sigagala National Polytechnic Town Campus (SNPTC), he has seen a tremendous improvement in the academic performance of his students and a threefold increase in the number of students in the department. Beyond his professional achievements, he is also a sports patron at SNPTC with passion in football and athletics. He has supported many students realize their talents in sports and participate in sports at various levels and travelled to various parts of the country and beyond. With his zeal to support the society, he also provides IT solutions to people around him and those from his village including participation in the procurement process of printers and computers for both primary and secondary schools, installation of internet and software and provides repair and maintenance services. Having passion in Agriculture, Samuel has actively participated in community development activities such as advising and supporting dairy farmers.
