Valentine Opanga is an environmental policy expert and PhD candidate at the University of Bonn with a strong focus on sustainability, climate resilience, and ICT integration. With over a decade of experience in project management, research, and policy advocacy, Valentine has led initiatives on climate action, renewable energy adoption, and urban resilience across Africa.

Her expertise includes integrating advanced ICT technologies into sustainable systems, promoting youth and gender mainstreaming, promoting community-based solutions for WASH, and empowering marginalized groups through capacity-building programs. Holding a Master’s degree in Environmental Policy, Valentine has contributed to global projects with organizations like the World Bank, Oxfam, and IGAD.
