Wilson is an accomplished technical instructor and community development expert in experience in instructing and community mobilization and empowerment skills with academic foundation of diploma in ceramic technology and building, diploma in education management, certificate in instructors training and degree in community development and social work. I have 13 years’ experience in designing and implementing impactful training programs tailored to various audiences including community members and learners .
My expertise spans developing training materials, workshops and manuals on education, health and sustainable environmental practices. I have experience in technical ceramic water filters development, green and sustainable building as well as managing sustainable social change in communities having worked with Machakos county government in Kenya for 13 years. In my work, I have been able to achieve various milestones including youth and women empowerment, climate change mitigation as well as imparting technical skills and knowledge to the community in areas of ceramic water filtering and sustainable green building practices.
